ITA System 2023
The ITA System for Fiscal Year 2022 is designed to present the hospitals ITA (Internal Technology Audit) information. The system is divided into two parts Frontend This part allows the general public to view the hospitals ITA data. Backend This part is for staff to manage ITA data, including creating topics for data display, uploading files, and managing all files.
The Strategic Plan and Project Tracking System
The Strategic Plan and Project Tracking System is designed to reduce paper usage in project plan submissions. The system allows staff to directly attach and submit project plans through the system itself. It also enables users to track the status of plans, showing which stage each plan is currently in. On the backend, staff from each department are responsible for reviewing plans. If any issues are identified, they can directly send feedback to the plan owner for corrections.
IT Repair and Maintenance Request System
The IT Repair and Maintenance Request System is designed for IT officers to record their work history. The system can generate repair work orders and retrieve daily, monthly, and yearly repair reports, categorized by workgroup and equipment, along with a dashboard displaying work results in various chart formats.
Home Isolation System
Outpatient and Home Isolation Registration System This system was developed by Khlong Thom Hospital to facilitate public access to services during the Covid-19 situation. It aims to streamline the service process, reduce overcrowding, and minimize the risk of Covid-19 transmission. After patients complete their treatment and 10-day isolation period, they can register to request a medical certificate. System Scope • Patient Registration: Patients register for treatment through the system and schedule appointments for medication pickup or doctor consultations (for yellow or red code patients). • Image Upload: Patients can attach images during registration. • Severity Assessment: The system assesses the severity of the patients condition based on the information provided. • Appointment and QR Code: The system locks in the appointment date and generates a QR code for service access. • Notification: Upon patient registration, the system sends a Line Notify alert to the service provider group. • Registration List: Staff can view the list of registered patients, categorized by risk level. • QR Code Scan: Staff can scan the patients QR code to verify registration details. • Discharge: After medication pickup, staff can discharge the patient from the system. • Symptom Reporting: Patients can report their symptoms during treatment. • Symptom Monitoring: Staff can view the patients reported symptoms. • Certificate Request: After 10 days of treatment, patients can register to request a digital medical certificate. • Certificate Notification: The system sends a Line Notify alert to the service provider group upon certificate request. • Certificate Approval: Staff can review and approve medical certificate issuance. • Certificate Download: Patients can download the medical certificate from the system. • Digital Certificate Verification: The system generates a QR code for document verification. The QR code can be scanned to check the documents authenticity. • User Roles: The system has different access levels for doctors, nurses, and administrators. • Service Point Expansion: The system allows for the addition of new service points. • Referral: If a patient chooses a different service point and the system assesses them as yellow or red code, the service point can refer the patient to the hospital for a doctors visit.
Staff Attendance Check-In System for Hospitals
Designed for convenient checking of facial scan work attendance results. The system requires login with staff CID for data privacy. The system will display a dashboard showing total working days, number of late days, and daily time attendance results. It also shows a summary of late arrivals, early departures, absences, a calendar showing work shifts and duties, daily time attendance scan reports, memos related to facial scan time attendance, and Line Notify notifications for Khlong Thom Hospital staff time attendance scans.
